Wow!!! That is waaaaay TOO COOL! I wonder what regiment he was in? There were 5 regiments in the Light Brigade - 2 hussar, 2 LD and 1 lancer.

My info shows he was in 17th Lancers and the trumpet at Waterloo was from the 1st Life Guards.

In any case hearing a recording of an actual trumpeter from Charge of the Light Brigade sounding the charge on a cavalry trumpet used at Waterloo is very cool.............
