A complete, electronic list of DBA 2.2 army names and dates?

Hi, all. This is probably not the right sub-forum, but I am looking for a complete, electronic list of DBA 2.2 army names and dates. I would like to use it to summarize the armies' "book-spans," e.g.:

Army X 750 BC - 25 AD: Book1, Book2

Having the initial list of army names and dates would save a lot of typing...

Thanks, Blackadder! The army numbers did not copy-and-paste well from that list, but it seems to be slightly more complete than Bob (and his dog)'s, since it includes: II/10, II/69, III/43, and III/68, which his didn't.
