Just checking my reading of the BBDBA rules. I've not yet played in a BBDBA game myself.
The battle ends only when half the elements of one side are lost, which means when they have left the table or been removed from play, or when the CnC goes demoralized. So, unlike DBM, a demoralized command does not count against the army break point. This is correct, yes? JFM |

That is how I read it.
However..... Troops in a demoralised command who are not in combat flee if not held by fresh pips in each own bound. They can only be held or turned, and can not do any other tactical move. If their general has been lost groups or elements need an extra pip to be held. Elements of demoralised commands suffer a -2 penalty in close combat (if not in a camp or built up area). In my experience demoralised commands don't tend to stay on the board many turns. |
