I think Korand and Paulisper are players for tiers 4 and 5 respectively NOT tier names. This may corrupt you list, please check. title

Tier 4 Konrad*
Tier 5 Paulisper*

khwchan's point seems to apply to ALL tiers beside tier 1.

I purposely did this so that players wouldn't mistakenly think the list is ready to go. I will be ammending it today.
