tried to make payment but some message kept coming up saying this. double checked caps etc. to make sure pass was right. no blank boxes left unfilled. I sent e-mail to dbaol. this is really stupid. if they can't correct updated versions of dba, or all the bugs and such, the least they can do is say yes when offering them money.

Yeah this is ridiculous. The e-mail response I got was, "just make sure all the fields were filled." As they were. Why don't they just tell the truth and say, are system sucks keep trying.

I just recently re-subscribed and I didn't have any issues. Are you using an older version of a web browser?

Still having problems. Checked caps, checked all fields. I created my user name a little while ago than deleted DBAOL off my hard drive. I reinstalled DBAOL a week after that. Could that be the problem? Does anyone have any further advice they can offer? DBAOL staff doesnt seem to be too helpful.
