Morphing Goths

I'm looking at maybe getting enough Pass O'The North Goths together to build a Gepid/Italian Ostrogoth/Early Lombard morph - possibly adding on African Vandal and early Italian Lombard (to the end of the 6th cent.) later. Are there any details of clothing or equipment that would discourage this?

Are there any decent online images or sources for the appearance of Gothic warriors?
