The chat room

The chat room has realy gone down hill. It used to be a good place to pick up challenges and meet new players now it can go days without a message and a bit of friendly banter.
is it to much trouble to log on to the room while you are on and playing. I have sliped into not doing this myself and will start to make an effort. If you see me send a challenge they are always accepted.

Is there a particular time you are normally on the chat room? I generally look around noon EST, so if you are on then we can chat. Same goes for anyone else interested in chating. Although, I must admit, at the same time I concern myself with getting as many bounds in as I can.

What would be good is to have some specific times posted somewhere when a user could go to the chat room and actually find someone there. Maybe someone who wants to schedule a specific time period could have the developers make an announcement schedule on the main DBA page where other interested players could see when to join in.

Just a thought.

The chat room was busy thursday evening CET. I was away Friday so do'nt know how it went. If you are online just open it in a new window and you may meet some new oponents.

I plan on being in the chat room at 11:30 EST (in about 45 minutes from now).
