Default Recruit for DBN

Done for a Song of Drums and Shakos Campaign. Started with an old Sharpe figure (also have Harper with the 7 barrel gun) of unknown manufacture. Anybody know?

Wanted to replace the pistol so used a Conquest Indian for the Rifle. The addition of the sword failed on the first try. The second was better and I like the finished product.

Don't know why the picture doesn't show up. I copy the correct link but it doesn't work.

Thanks Bob. So they are. Here I was thinking they were long out of production.

Yup. Definately the Irishman with volley gun.

A minor point, Sharpe actually had dark coloured or black hair. Through the years in Spain with all the mis-adventures with the damsels, his hair takes on a badger effect. The scar on his cheek gave him an evil appearance, but when he smiled, the women went weak in the knees.

The "Chosen men" recommended vinegar and Brown Bess paper to take care of the smile.

I believe Harper has dark hair in the books as well but I've given myself some latitude as my squad is called Armstrong's Rifles, Captain Geoffrey Armstrong commanding. Of course all the squad members are names from Cornwell's works. But hey, we're talking about fiction works here, not like Cornwell's Warlord Trilogy on Arthur which is gospel.
