Default Midland Open 2012 (Alvechurch, U.K.)

The Midland Open will be held at Alvechurch on the 6th May 2012. The format is the same as previous years.

A flyer has been posted on Yahoo DBA web site, I shall be taking some to Penarth, but if you want a PDF copy please send me your email address via the private message facility.

I'm also looking forward to it. Nice village, great venue, players I don't often see elsewhere AND a lovely lunch - all for a fiver.

Default Reminder

Just to remind people that the Midland Open at Alvechurch in the UK is about four weeks away.

Appreciate it is difficult to be certain you are going to be there, but it really does help, even to get rough numbers.

I'll be there, with Mr Hittite, all being equal. What to bring, though....??

I think it was last year that I was going to use IV/76, until Scott very kindly reminded me that I could not use a section four army. I blame old age, insanity and WRG 6th players, not necessarily in that order.

# PS - hope fuel is OK, we have at least 12 at the moment, but would be nice to have 20 plus. #

We assumed you are comming, so I think we are at 16 at the moment, 20 plus would be nice.

It's looking unlikely that I'll make it. Pity, since competitions with bars are my kind of competition!
