Right, lets carry on as we are, then I'll give the option to the really crap players (such as me :-) to switch armies if they want.

I am hoping to get together enough people for 2 divisions (fewer games, shorter season). If we can keep 2 divisions going it also means we can duplicate armies in different divisions, and I can play people I might win against :-)
