Half a fantasy medieval army

I've had 2 false starts with this army already.
Can someone do me a favour and shout at me if I haven't posted something new for this tomorrow? Otherwise I'm afraid I'll just play Skyrim again




I'm thinking of adding another unit of shooters, 2 hordes of scruffy peasants, 2 units of knights with different colour schemes and a paladin.

Very nice paint jobs and scheme - looks like an army. I also like GW's plastics, lots of extra bits and easy to convert.

Re the rest of the army, magicians and paladins are hard to use together, because the paladin interferes with your magician's spellcasting. You can keep your plan and try to keep Sir Sparkly and Magnavox the Magnificent on opposite flanks; or field Sir Sparkly as a Hero; or assert that Magnavox is a "white wizard", i.e. a Cleric - you'd need another AP in that case, either more Peasants or field a second Spear.

Anyway, it will probably play like my Camelot army: Knight General (Arthur), Hero (Lancelot), Paladin (Galahad), 4x Knights, 2x Shooters, 1x Spear. I'm planning to add an optional Magician (Merlin of course) to substitute for Galahad in "early" battles.

Thanks and good point, it was going to be pally and cleric but I painted the wizard on a whim. I might do a fey enchantress instead of the paladin to get an army done and paint up the pally and cleric (and horde/spear) later as an option.

Added another wizard for another cheap and easy 4AP and undercoated some knights and archers.
