Default LIR Knights as Cataphracts ?

I thought I read somewhere that Late Imperial Roman 4xKn were now classified as cataphracts, but I can't find the reference on it....is this true or am I having a senior moment ? (I know, I know, two things can be true at the same time... )

In 2.2+ 4Kn are now classified as Cataphracts... Not sure LIR were treated any different?

I am not sure the rule reference, but it is in troop type list.
