Default new wickerman project

The construction of this is finished, next it needs a pile of fire wood underneath it and a base.

for this I am using two different types of paper wrapped floral wire, some rod, some cut down woodland scenic trees and yarn. the moose head comes off a plastic toy:

Very fun looking model!

"What's that, Egbert?"

"A moose hanging in a wickerman."

Great model!

Just don't mention wickermen to loud here in darkest Norfolk...or the peasents will start gathering at dusk on the village green carrying burning torches and brandishing pitchforks and scythes!

You need some model goats to have penned up in him for roasting purposes.

I have finished the building part of the wicker man, now the inhuman nightmare roasting device just needs a good paint job. the 2nd photo is a pic of the wicker man set inside it's stone circle:

Any Celtic or dark age peoples or evil Arthurian types that like their human sacrifice well done
-or-
in more recent/modern times any semi isolated communities that have fallen on hard economic times/repeated crop failures up in the american northwest, the Scottish isles or highlands.

The original "celebrity roast"

Paul...your stuff is insanely good. Wish I had the patience and/or your eye for using odds and ends to create these eyecandy masterpieces.
