Certainly for me coming from Boston, a 1.5-2 day event is better.

On the BloodBowl tournament circuit, 2 day events are always better draws to get folks to travel than 1 day.

We are trying to gauge the interest in a DBA event on the weekend of August 4 at Dragon's Den in Poughkeepsie, NY....are there gamers out there who are willing to come to the Den for at least a one day event, and if there is sufficient interest perhaps a two day event. We are trying to plan the event and need to know the level of interest ...who MIGHT come if we go ahead with the planning of the event?
