Absolutely gorgeous, Marco! All I know is when I hit the lottery someday, I will commission you to paint an army for me.

Very well done!

Beautiful work! Which manufacturer are they by, and why are three or so bases different colours?

Marco, Yes, an absolutely beautiful army! I love all the color on the bards of the horses. An army I've thought of doing, and if so you've given me plenty of ideas for painting it. Look forward to seeing them in action!

Default my answers

to kontos:
Frank, if I hit the lottery I promise I paint an army of your choise and give it to you for free!!

To von Berlichingen:
the miniatures are Donnigton and Old Glory.
The color of the bases:
in general I choose a color that fits well with the figures; in this case, i went with gold for the general (King Shapur), blu for the cavalry and brown for the foot.

Take into account that this is the third sassanid army I painted, after my first one, I prepared another two for my friends (for free) and now I am bored and I stop with Sassanid army for the rest of my life!
