I tried a similar experiment. I had 2 commands...

I tried a similar experiment. I had 2 commands and used a D10 for pips. Dividing the pips as I saw fit between the two commands. Worked reasonably well.

I too wondered about this. The only answer I have come up with is that both shot and artillery have longer reload times, but shot is fairly short range whereas artillery can harass and hit Light...

I find setting up first can lead to me watching in horror as my own...
