It's the Mirliton carroccio model. I used it with the communals. I've actually got far more figures from the communal (13C) range than the condottieri (15C) one.
I noticed a reference in one of your posts to using a carracio as the camp element. Then I spotted another post where you had put up a photo of some figures from the Mirliton condettieri range.
Have you used the Mirliton carracio model or is yours from another manufacturer? and do you use it for the Book IV condotta army or the Italian communal one in Book III?
