Total rookie Question sorry

Hello

Ok I just got my rule book.... yippie.....

I just painted some Roman spears and want to base them.
Want size dose the base have to be?

I looked in the rule book and it says the width is 40mm for 15mm figres. I then states that base deapth is 15mm. Surley this means that the base will be has high as the figure???

Or is it that base depth should be read as length.

Im just very confused and a little stupid with maths.

Yes, for depth read length. So your spear's base would be 40mm x 15mm.
