Hello,

Has anyone seen the new Old Glory 15mm DBA/DBM camps? If so, could you post a review?

What does each pack contain? How large are the tents? What is your opinion of the overall quality of the packs? Do they seem worth the price?

Thanks!

Bill

I have posted a query on the Old Glory and Battle Honours e-group and will copy Jay's response. I plan to order a camp set and captive set shortly so can place a review in week or so.

The camps have only one tent, ox cart, baggage and camp followers. As for the size and how many figures I shall have that answer soon.

The captives are interesting; two sets for ancient and two for dark ages/medieval, one of female and the other of males.

Photos seem to have a low priority as they are planning to launch a large 100 year war series, ECW and 30 year war series, Mexican-American and the mid 19th century wars before years end.

Still, Jay has been able to post photos of the Mongol Conquest and may do that with the camp sets.

cheers,

Bill,

Jay, of Battle Honours Old Glory, will be taking photos of the camps and captives sets this coming week. He does have photos loaded at their website for most of the Hundred Years War series that launched recently.

I just got one each in stock. A nice assortment of items in the pack. I also got the captive sets as well.

There are three period camp sets. What is the primary difference between the Ancient and other sets? Is there that much difference between the clothing of the Dark Age and Medieval civilains? I imagine the ancients are all bare legged?

BTW, are you still offering Old Glory figures organinzed in DBA army sets?

cheers,
