HaT now has a posting of line drawings for its plastic 1/72 Spartan Army. Looks great for II/5a, I am eager to get this army. See the great drawings at http://www.hat.com/Curr2/Bx8090SP.html.

For some reason the link I provided won't work. You can still go see it by going to the Bazaar and clicking on 20mm miniatures and then by following the links on the HaT site.

The period at the end of the sentence is being interpreted as a part of the URL. This (http://www.hat.com/Curr2/Bx8090SP.html) should work.

I totally agree! They are really good!
I have several hat boxes, what I like about it is that the figures a really simple and well detailed.
They paint up really nice!
By the way, did you see the sumerian figures prototypes? I think they are gorgeous!
I will definitely build up a army!
Ciao

HaT's Ancient Page shows they also have plans for a Theban Army.

HaT are also now listing the future release of an 'Etruscian Army' set, and a 'Gothic Army' set.
And. Set 8117 will be 'Archimed Persian Army'. A compilation ( same format as the 8088 Macedonian army box ) of previous sets.
Cheers,
Stan.

HaT have added a number of new sets to their lineup of future releases, and for those interested in the ancient period, particularly the campaign of Alexander, there is much to whet the appetite. The full list of new additions is:
* Greek Catapults
* Celtic Chariot
* Macedonian Elephant
* Indian Foot
* Indian Cavalry
* Indian Chariot
* Indian Elephant
It is too early to be setting release dates so expect a wait, but we think these will fill all the obvious gaps in the already extensive HaT Alexander range.
