Waterworld
I had recently seen the film Waterworld and recalled there is a campaign option which takes place in the Pacific of 1500AD. Have any fanatici given this a try? If so, I am curious how you treated the following:
1) Were each of the six major powers treated as islands or did you go a step further and make each power a collection of three islands?
2) As summer poses little problem for sea movement, how where the other season’s dealt with as sea faring lands might have better knowledge of the weather?
3) If you opted for the three islands per player option, how did you deal with internal spring and autumn movement; where these also subjected to a die roll for a successful movement from point to point?
4) Lastly, how did you handle armies in or out of supply in spring or autumn; was this also subjected to a weather disruption die roll?
For those who have not tried this option, other ideas are also welcomed.
cheers,
