I am trying to make posting as simple and clear as possible for both the players and myself. Would it be helpful to players if they could list opponents numerically from the list and separately list their armies numerically at the bottom of their post? Should I alter the posting rules one more time? :D

I would prefer the listing of the opponents based on their osition in the league in ascending order in the old format and seperately list the armies used in ascending order.

Dusty - Can you give us an example of what this would look like and then we can make a decision on which would be easier...? :D

It combines uses last month's rules wherein you post players in the order they are on the rungs. That way you can more easily keep track of them. At the bottom, you list your wins/losses/no replies, and also the armies you used in numerical order so I can more easily tally them.

Dusty, whatever is best for you and reduce your work load will be fine for me. For the players' work load, I think any solution would be light enough and those who do not comply to the actual system will not comply to any system...
When you've made your choice, I suggest that you put the exemple not only in the rules, but also at the beginning of the corresponding topic.

 Just wondering... to the experts in this community ? there are many web pages of campaigns that allows players to create custom armies and send them to moderator. Do anyone know how hard it would be to automate the rsults ? Ie : a web page where you have some drop-down menu with all participant (you and opponent), army numbers, and W/L results, and would collect them in one text file (eventually another web page) with all datas in good order ?
Is it pure fantasy, or would it be technically and 'timely' possible ?

Dusty, I have a rule question - not sure this is the correct place, but I couldn't find a better one.
If I challenged someone with an army but the chalenge wasn't answered, does this army count as being 'used' ?

************************* This is my usollicited suggestion :D
Post it as an example in the results thread. That way there will be even less reasons for us(I include myself in the us smile.gif ) to get it wrong.
