This looks like it was a lot of fun. Great pictures. I really liked the touches like the movie posters showing what each game was. And were those Zambonies at the Ice Battle table? (Hopefully that's the correct plural - I'm sure David Kuijt knows the correct term for more than one Zamboni.)
Great stuff. Well done Paul!

(Grins.) --But, yes, they come out between games, sporting their Vancouver Canucks and Calgary Flames hockey-team colors, to flood the ice before the next game. --Just little reminders that ours is a hobby we can enjoy best if we don't ever take it too seriously. :D

If you haven't seen them, Chris has more pics of the Ice Battle scenario here (http://www.fanaticus.org/DBA/battles/LakePeipus/index.html). DK has done an even more impressive job with knights' falling through the ice, but the link to those pictures seems to be "on ice" right now.

The plural of "Zamboni" is "Zambonis", or more colloquially, "Zams", as in "Our rink has two Zams"

There is probably a mob of irate English teachers at my door even now to remind me that to make the proper noun plural I would just add an S. :(
