Hi all,

I've started to get my new digital camera working, so I've just taken some pics of my newest camp. I made this camp for Dave Schlanger's Nubian army. The webpage for my camps is at:

www.umiacs.umd.edu/~kuijt/dbaCamps/camps.html (http://www.umiacs.umd.edu/~kuijt/dbaCamps/camps.html)

Here's one of the images from the new camp writeup:

The live guys are Gladiator, yes. The dead guys I don't remember, but not Gladiator. Freikorps? No, I don't think so... can't remember.

(ps: my electricity is out, and has been for 24 hours -- this is sent from my Sister-in-law's computer. I may not have electricity for a week, according to the radio. It is DAMN BORING to have no lights, no hot water, no computer, no way to paint figures, no way to read, ...)

David,

Does the new camera mean that we can look forward to more stuff on your excellent 15mm figure review pages?

Nick

Nick Yes. The old camera had become pretty-much unusable. And I've been painting continuously over the two-year or so gap without 15mm figure review updates.

Just while I'm here, I'd like to say a big 'thank you' to David for your site, and particularly the figure reviews and pictures.

It has been both useful and inspirational.
