Illyrians (700-207 BC)

This Illyrian army is made up with a hodge-podge of figures
from Illyrian, Paonian, Early Italian and Apulian figures from various ranges.
It mixes round (bronze) shields with Celtic theuros, both to reflect the various
influences on the Illyrian tribes, but also to help the army fit in as a
historical opponent from the Peloponnesian to the Roman periods. The
shield patterns are done with Little Big Man's Oscan transfers.
